International and local cuisine prepared with fresh, local and organic ingredients whenever available, following permaculture principles. Meals particularly feature freshly caught fish.
Set menus; tea, coffee and water included. Meal times can be adjusted to suit the activities guests wish to enjoy.
7:30 am: breakfast buffet (sliced bread, mini pastries, local jams, fresh fruit, fruit juice, hot drinks, homemade yoghurts, cheeses, cereals, cold cuts and eggs cooked to order).
12:30 pm: two-course lunch (main course + dessert).
7:30 pm: three-course dinner.
Dietary requirements: the property states that meals can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and pescatarian diets, among others. Requirements should be communicated when booking or at least two weeks before arrival.
The bar is located in the communal lounge and dining area. Open during restaurant service hours and from 5:00 pm; appetizers served at aperitif time.
The motu is well suited to snorkeling, fishing, paddle sports, atoll exploration and relaxing on the beach. Fish and coral can be enjoyed directly from the beach. Activities depend on conditions and the season.
Activities available at an additional charge and arranged on-site: shared excursions offered daily from 9:00 am (manta rays, Coral Garden, Blue Lagoon), fishing at the pass and deep-sea fishing, as well as sailing and spearfishing subject to availability.
Cycling visit to Tuherahera village: drop-off at the marina with bicycles and pick-up approximately one hour later.
Massages: oceanfront space and personalised massages.
Scuba diving: trips with certified guides from the island; dive boats pick guests up directly from the motu.
Kitesurfing and windsurfing: available from the beach, depending on conditions. Guests must bring their own equipment.
Paddle sports: an outrigger canoe is also available, in addition to kayaks and paddle boards.
Atoll exploration: sandbanks and pink-sand beaches, Bird Island, Eden organic farm and bicycle tours of Tuherahera village.
